TIG has helped me/us achieve a lot in terms of offering a forum to interact with young people from all over the world to share experience and even meet to discus great things. A good leader must live meaningfully in their lives before leading anyone. They are not only good in commanding, they must be dynamic and diverse, inspiring everyone around them.
They must know how to listen and solve the issues in their community. A good leader needs to be determined, making correct decision and have courage during blunders.
